Our five-step process brings your project to life

Understanding your business and defining your project

We begin by building a solid foundation. In a dedicated conversation, we explore your brand, your objectives and the context behind your project. This helps us identify the key messages, the right tone and the impact you want to achieve. With a clear brief, we define a creative direction that reflects your identity and ambitions, keeping the entire production aligned with your priorities.

Biux video tutorial production in Paris

Self-service customer support with video tutorials

A well-designed how-to video replaces dozens of support exchanges. Users find the answer on their own, understand the product faster and adopt it more fully. For SaaS vendors and companies with technical offerings, it is a direct lever for reducing tickets and improving customer satisfaction.

Biux produces clear, structured video tutorials: narrated screencasts, explanatory motion design, product demos with professional voice-over. Each step is scripted so that viewers can follow without getting lost, even on a complex subject.

The format adapts to the context of use: short video integrated into a knowledge base, how-to series for a help center, animated explainer for onboarding new users. Delivery within 15 days after filming, multi-format versions included.

Internal training and visual documentation

Beyond customer support, video is the most effective tool for training teams in-house. Employee onboarding, business processes, compliance, ongoing training: a well-built video replaces a 40-page manual and takes 5 minutes to watch.

Video has a key advantage over written materials: it can be replayed, paused and shared. New starters can go back to it at their own pace. Managers can send it to their team without rephrasing anything. Visual documentation becomes a lasting asset for the company.

This type of production often goes hand in hand with motion design for abstract concepts, or with an institutional film for onboarding new employees. VSL formats round out the set-up for sales training.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of training videos do you produce?

Product tutorials, customer or employee onboarding journeys, e-learning modules and video documentation of internal processes. The goal is always the same: someone new to the subject should understand quickly, without having to call on your support teams.

Screencast or filming: what to choose?

Often both, combined: screen capture shows the interface precisely, while someone speaking to camera holds attention and humanises the training. Then motion design steps in to clarify abstract concepts — diagrams, flows, figures.

Can we update the videos as our product evolves?

Yes, this is built in from the design stage: modular structure, independent chapters and archived source files. When a feature changes, we only remake the sequence concerned, not the entire module — your content stays up to date without budgeting for a whole new production.

Are the videos compatible with our training platform?

We deliver standard formats (MP4, chapters, subtitles) compatible with every LMS on the market, your intranet or simple private video hosting. Short versions can also be used as support replies or in onboarding emails.

How long should an effective training module be?

2 to 5 minutes per concept. A short series split into chapters always gets watched more — and is easier to maintain — than one long module. We break down your material with you so that each video answers a specific question.
