To carry out a prevention assessment today, a health professional must go to ameli.fr, download the self-questionnaire, print it, have it filled in to the patient, and then re-enter the data by hand. Between the management of paper forms, the coordination of teams, the post-assessment follow-up and the generation of personalized prevention plans, the caregiver spends more time filling out boxes than listening to his patient.
Predilis had the technical solution. Their platform digitalizes the integrity of the course: appointment scheduling, patient questionnaire, follow-up table, post-assessment actions, automatic generation of the Personal Prevention Plan (PPP). But they had a communication problem. How to explain all this to health professionals who have neither the time nor the patience for a 15-minute product demo?
William Cohen, co-founder of Predilis, summed it up himself: “There’s something missing that’s kind of mind-blowing. A sentence, a conviction, something that says: it’s our spearhead and we’re not going to let go.” He wanted a video that conveys the team’s vision without falling into aggressive marketing. As he said: “I always feel like I’m in it and in the end, we get lost, it’s more motion design. “That’s VSL.”
We structured the video in three narrative times. The first act asks the question that any health professional asks himself: “Who really has time to do prevention?” The animation opens on elements of interface epures (tabs, buttons, lists) that appear gradually. Then the rocker: “the problem is not there.” White text on dark background, sharp visual break. The viewer understands that they are not going to sell him a feature, but talk to him about his daily life.
The second act is the solution. Each screen of Predilis is animated with care: the dashboard with its metrics in real time, the individual view of the interviews, the prevention assessment questionnaire, the follow-up table with its color statuses, the post-assessment actions carer rating and the Personal Prevention Plan patient rating. The interface is never shown as a screenshot freezes. Each element enters the scene, unfolds, interacts with photos of caregivers in real situation.
The third act broadens the perspective. A laptop is placed on the counter of a pharmacy, with the three key benefits that appear: less administration, more medical time, a prevention really applicable. The chromatic palette faithfully takes over the brand universe of Predilis: soft gradients between sky blue, lavender and white, punctuated by purple for accents. The animations are deliberately sweet. The integration of real photographs of health professionals anchors motion design in reality. This is exactly what William expressed when he insisted on “keeping the position of the health professional in its place”: technology serves the caregiver, never the other way around.
Predilis now has a real commercial tool. The video is used in prospecting (sent by message after a cold call, sharing on LinkedIn, integration on the site) and closing (prospects transmit it internally to other decision-makers). In parallel with motion design, Biux accompanies Predilis on a strategy of short content for social networks, with filming in pharmacies and collaborations with influential pharmacists.
Predilis is now a partner of institutional structures such as the CPTS du Grand Narbonne, the URPS Occitanie and the URPS PACA. Some pharmacies have gone from 4 reviews per month to more than 80 after adopting the solution. The video gave the team a support that clearly explains the value proposition, whether the viewer is an independent pharmacist or the director of a network of 200 establishments.
