A live streaming agency for your events

Live streaming broadcasts an event online to a remote audience watching on computers or phones. For businesses, it expands a conference's audience, connects colleagues across locations or opens a launch to clients and partners who cannot attend. Biux handles the full setup: format advice, multi-camera production, sound, graphics, encoding and streaming to your chosen platform, followed by replay and highlights. Our team works from Paris and our eight regional locations on broadcasts ranging from 30 minutes to a full day. We coordinate with your events team, IT department and speakers to deliver a smooth, uninterrupted broadcast that reflects your brand. A detailed quote is provided within 24 hours.

Live events: conferences, webinars, meetings and launches

Conferences and keynotes: multiple cameras, wireless microphones, slide integration and branded graphics, for public or registration-only viewing. Webinars: a compact set at your premises or our studio, moderated live questions and integrated presentation materials. General meetings and internal conventions: secure streaming to employees or shareholders, with voting or moderated chat as needed. Product launches: a scripted broadcast combining studio segments, demonstrations and prerecorded videos, followed by an immediately available replay. We also cover panel discussions, awards, open days and live training. We tailor the setup to the duration, number of speakers and interaction required, from a single-camera set to a complete control room for hundreds of participants.

Technical setup: multiple cameras, sound and secure streaming

Our standard setup includes two to four cameras—wide, close-up and mobile—a live video switcher, wireless microphones and an audio console, graphics such as titles, lower thirds and slides, and an encoder sending the stream to the broadcast platform. We always plan a wired primary connection, 4G/5G backup and a high-quality local recording independent of the stream. A technical survey checks lighting, acoustics, available bandwidth, camera positions and monitor placement. On the day, a director coordinates cameras and video playback, a sound engineer manages microphones, and a streaming technician monitors the feed and reception quality. Sensitive events can use encryption and restricted access through individual links, passwords or SSO.

Stream to LinkedIn Live, YouTube, Teams or a private platform

The platform depends on your audience. LinkedIn Live suits public presentations aimed at B2B decision-makers: followers are notified and the replay stays on your profile. YouTube offers excellent picture quality and broad reach, with public, unlisted or private viewing. Microsoft Teams, Zoom Webinar and Google Meet suit internal events or registered webinars; we feed our production signal into them as a professional video source. For meetings, conventions or embargoed events, a private platform such as Vimeo, Livestorm or a dedicated solution provides strict access control and viewing statistics. We can stream to several destinations at once and embed the player on your website. We test the broadcast with your team the day before or on the morning of the event.

After the broadcast: replay, highlights and aftermovie

A live broadcast lasts a few hours; the content created from it can last months. After the event, we provide an edited replay with opening titles, downtime removed and chapters, on your chosen platform. In the following days, we edit short clips by speaker or topic in portrait format for LinkedIn and Instagram. This is bite-sized content, extending your event's lifespan and feeding your channels for weeks. If we also handled filming on location, an aftermovie of 1–3 minutes captures the atmosphere, behind-the-scenes moments and highlights for attendees and future guests. The most substantial talks can also become articles, podcasts or training modules. Replay and clips are delivered within 15 days, with subtitles and thumbnails.

Frequently asked questions

How much does corporate live streaming cost?

Professional live streaming costs €2,500–€8,000 excluding VAT, depending on the duration, number of cameras—one to four—graphics complexity and security requirements. This covers the technical survey, production control, sound, encoding, streaming and a high-quality local recording. Edited replay and short clips are quoted as options. Quotes within 24 hours.

How much preparation time does a live event need?

Allow at least two weeks between booking and broadcast for the technical survey, platform setup, graphics and testing. For complex events with several remote speakers, interpretation or online voting, allow 4–6 weeks. A full broadcast test takes place the day before or on the morning of the event.

How many cameras does a live broadcast need?

One camera is enough for a talking-head webinar or a single speaker. Two cameras—a wide shot and a close-up—add pace to an hour-long conference. Three or four, including a mobile camera, suit a panel, convention or demonstration-based launch. Beyond that, the visual gain is small relative to the cost; sound and graphics may be a better investment.

Can you stream privately and securely?

Yes. General meetings, internal conventions and embargoed events use restricted-access platforms: individual links, passwords, company-directory authentication via SSO or Teams integration. The stream can be encrypted, recordings stored on your servers and connection statistics provided afterwards. A confidentiality agreement can be signed in advance.

What do you deliver after the broadcast?

Three deliverables are available: the raw replay immediately on the platform; an edited, chaptered replay with opening titles, downtime removed and subtitles, delivered within 15 days; and a series of 30–90-second portrait clips for social media. You also receive the high-quality local recording as an MP4 file, independently of the streaming platform, for future use.
