A4 Concept offers a 100% turnkey service. Relationship landlord, coordination with the town hall, architectural design, site monitoring, choice of furniture, commissioning. Chloé Sarot and her teams manage everything from the first meeting to the last stroke of paint.
The problem is that no one sees it.
A business customer who visits finished offices sees the result. He does not see the 30 versions designed for the custom staircase. He does not know that the terrace represented a major technical challenge of waterproofing. He does not imagine the extent of regulatory arbitrations to connect two floors in the same building.
However, it is exactly these details that make the difference when an executive must decide to invest several million dollars in the restructuring of its head office.
This is where a well-constructed real estate video changes everything. It doesn’t just show a space. It tells what happened behind it.
Pozeo had just moved into his new offices. The space was there, alive, inhabited. Two floors connected by a monumental staircase in blue oil metal. Open spaces with strong chromatic identities: mustard yellow, brick red, duck blue. Phone booths in wooden alcoves, a cafeteria thought as a living space, meeting rooms with very worked details.
It was time to film or never.
The idea was simple: a prospect who is considering a big job needs to hear two things. Let the provider know what he is doing. And that the previous customer really lived what he was promised.
We built the film around three speakers, three complementary angles.
Chloé Sarot wears the narrative thread. She shows the spaces, explains the design choices, tells about the constraints and how they were solved. Gabriel Monteiro, works driver, intervenes on the technique: the waterproofing, the standards, the 30 versions of the staircase. This type of stakeholder immediately reassures decision-makers who know that construction sites are complex. Nicolas Chauveau Pégaz, President of Pozeo, closes the device. His testimony is short, but decisive: he says in a few sentences what no salesman can say in his place.
On the realization side, a stabilizer was used throughout the film. Instead of fixed shots on empty spaces, we follow Chloe in her visit: the camera advances with her, the viewer visits. This is exactly what we look for in a professional real estate film: to give the impression of being in space, not in front of a photo.
The main technical challenge on the audio side was the reverberation: parquet, glass partitions, large spaces. Microphones on each speaker made it possible to isolate the voices properly. The colorimetry required careful work to respect the very assertive palette of A4 Concept: brick red, mustard yellow, oil blue ceilings, without crushing the visual coherence on 1min45.
The film was published on Chloé Sarot’s LinkedIn account. 143 reactions, 31 comments, 6 re-publications.
In B2B, these figures do not read like brand awareness metrics. It is not consumers who scroll, it is managers, real estate directors, HRDs who manage development budgets.
Result: the real estate video directly generated an incoming lead worth 4 million euros for A4 Concept.
For high-value services, real estate video is not a showcase. It is a tool of conversion. It makes visible what is not: the method, the rigor, the customer relationship. And for a prospect who has to trust someone they don’t yet know about a multi-million project, that’s exactly what tipped the decision.
